The Opportunity

Nutanix is looking for a high-impact Partner Revenue Enablement Manager to drive scale across our Distribution ecosystem.

This role is all about building ‘one-to-many’ enablement, empowering partners to sell, deliver, and scale Nutanix solutions, especially in high-velocity models. You will own the enablement strategy for distributors, shifting the focus from individual partner hand-holding to scalable programs that support broad revenue goals across the reseller partner ecosystem.

You will leverage Generative AI and modern tools to develop impactful, ready-to-execute content like campaigns-in-a-box, while enabling our internal channel teams to drive partner autonomy. Ultimately, you are driving measurable outcomes: OKRs, certifications, and sustainable partner growth.

While your primary focus will be distribution, agility is key. You will also play an important role in our broader channel strategy, taking on additional cross-functional projects that support our overall channel enablement and overarching team goals.

About the Team

You'll join the global Partner Revenue Enablement team, looking after enabling all of Nutanix’s RTM.

Your primary stakeholders are the internal channel teams, regional sales leaders, and our vast network of two-tier distributors. You will act as the bridge between our global enablement standards and the specific needs of the distribution ecosystem.

This role is based in the United States.

Your Role

  • Own the distribution enablement strategy: Design and execute scalable, 'one-to-many' programs across the reseller partner ecosystem to accelerate revenue, focusing heavily on high-velocity models.

  • Drive partner autonomy: Enable our internal channel teams with the tools, processes, and knowledge they need to cultivate self-sufficiency within their partner portfolios.

  • Develop high-leverage content and tools with GenAI: Use Generative AI tools as a core part of your workflow to accelerate the creation of impactful, ready-to-execute assets (such as campaigns-in-a-box) that distributors can easily absorb and take to market.

  • Deliver measurable outcomes: Establish OKRs, track partner certifications, and measure concrete partner growth.

  • Support the broader channel: While distribution is your core mandate, you will actively lead and support additional strategic projects related to our overall channel enablement and wider team initiatives as bandwidth permits.

What You'll Bring

  • GenAI Proficiency (Must-Have): Mandatory, hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools to scale enablement content, optimize workflows, and drive productivity.

  • Industry Expertise: Strong experience working within Distribution (2-tier) ecosystems.

  • Proven Execution: A demonstrated track record of building and managing scalable partner enablement programs that drive measurable results.

  • Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of cloud architectures, partner economics, and distribution profitability models.

  • Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to leverage data to track progress, paired with the communication skills to influence stakeholders across both internal and external teams.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: You are highly autonomous, able to quickly consume complex data and knowledge, and can craft both strategic and execution plans with minimal guidance.

  • Delivery & Facilitation (Nice-to-Have): Strong facilitation skills with the ability to confidently deliver training sessions, webinars, and lead workshops.
